Over the years, we’ve diligently worked to minimise fuel surcharges while maintaining service excellence. However, the recent surge in fuel prices has made it challenging to sustain our commitment.

To ensure transparency and fairness, we’re introducing a new approach to calculating fuel surcharges. Going forward, our fuel surcharge will be based on deviations from the ideal fuel cost range of £0.90 to £1.00 per litre (plus VAT). For every 1p increase or decrease beyond this range, a 0.35% surcharge will apply.
